1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement within 10 days of delivery.

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

  • Size or fit issues

  • Quality-related concerns

  • Manufacturing defects

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Visit the Return tab available on our website

  • Enter your Order ID and required details

  • Upload relevant images or videos (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect products)

  • Once approved, a doorstep pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner

3. Shipping Charges

  • KedarRaj bears 100% of the shipping cost (forward and reverse) for all eligible returns and replacements

  • Customers will not be charged any additional fees for approved requests

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement orders are dispatched after the returned product is picked up or received

  • If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose:

    • A full refund, or

    • An alternative product of equal value

6. Conditions for Return Acceptance

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • KedarRaj reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • However, you may request a return after delivery as per this policy

8. Refund Timeline Disclaimer

While we aim to process refunds promptly, the actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
