  • You can track your order status in real-time through the provided link

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics or external factors

  • In case your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team for assistance

7. Address & Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • KedarRaj will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information

8. Damaged Package on Delivery

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept it or report it immediately to our support team

  • If accepted, kindly record an unboxing video to support your claim
