1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Customers may request a return or replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

  • Size or fit issues

  • Quality-related concerns

  • Manufacturing defects

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  • Visit the Return tab available on our website

  • Enter your Order ID and required details

  • Provide relevant images or videos in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Upon approval, a doorstep pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner

3. Shipping Charges

  • KedarRaj will bear 100% of the shipping costs, including both forward and reverse logistics, for all eligible returns and replacements

  • Customers will not incur any additional charges for approved requests

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment. In certain cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement orders will be dispatched after the returned product is picked up or received at our facility

  • If the requested product is unavailable, customers may opt for a full refund or an alternative product of equal value

6. Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • KedarRaj reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without any charges

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, customers may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy
